Little was surrendered by her owner in August of 2017 and had minimal training. Little has been successfully completing her ground training and is on track to finish by age 4. She is still growing, so her future career and lifestyle has yet to be determined. Apache Rose intends to lease her seasonally in order to provide funds for the rescue.

Rush Rush is a grogoues dark bay OTTB gelding. He never made it to race due to a minor bowed tendon. He has had some time to heal and is now being lightly restarted.

Spirit was an owner surrender who came along with Tonto and Sassy. He is pretty timid at first but he is learning to trust again. He is becoming a sweet boy. He does need work and retraining but he can be someones right horse!

Tonto is an owner surrender that came in with Spirit and Sassy. He is a very sweet boy. He does need quite some weight to be put back on him. He does need some training.

Sassy came from a very sad situation along with Tonto and Spirit. We are so happy to be able to have her with us until she finds a forever home. She loves people and kids. She does have COPD so it is best for her to be a companion horse.

Dreamer is an OTTB that was just trained to be a racehorse but her owner decided she was too slow. She is a sweet little girl looking for her forever person and new job. She is very willing to learn.

Saint came to us as an owner surrender from the race track. He needs some time to just be a horse after all the days of racing. He is very in your pocket and loves to be loved on. We will update when we start working with him.
